Description

As a Senior Investment Operations Analyst at Ridgeline, you will manage critical investment operations functions for customers, including reconciliation, performance reporting, and trade capture. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to identify process improvements and automation opportunities, using cutting-edge technology like AI tools to deliver efficient solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
• 7-10 years of experience in investment operations or middle/back-office function
• Familiarity with portfolio accounting, reconciliation, performance reporting, and trade lifecycle
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve breaks and exceptions independently

Responsibilities

• Set up new accounts, process updates and terminations, and maintain portfolio group structures
• Record financial transactions on trade-date basis, process income and expense accruals, support period-end close
• Ensure accurate posting of trades, support post-trade workflows, meet T+1 settlement requirements
• Process mandatory corporate actions and reconcile activity through standard controls
• Perform daily reconciliations of positions, transactions, cash, and tax lots; research and resolve breaks
