You'll take full ownership of a diverse and strategic customer portfolio, guiding them through onboarding and adoption while ensuring maximum impact from our cybersecurity solutions. You'll work cross-functionally to drive long-term value and retention. This role offers autonomy and the chance to shape the customer journey end to end in a high-growth cybersecurity scale-up.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own a portfolio of customers and guide them with tailored strategies for adoption and retention.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding customer needs.
  • Advocate for customers internally and influence product improvements through feedback.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales and other teams for seamless customer experiences.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar customer-facing role.
  • Fluent in German and English for client conversations.
  • Highly analytical with ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in SaaS or cybersecurity environment preferred.

  • Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Background working with national CERTs or intelligence agencies.
