💼 About This Role

You'll shape the product roadmap for AI agents serving home service businesses, owning prioritization across enterprise and SMB needs. You'll drive rollout and metrics for every launch, working directly with founders on strategic decisions. This role offers high impact at a fast-growing YC-backed startup with $25M+ funding.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage tradeoffs across new products, feature requests, and verticals
• Write specs and produce basic mockups for engineering
• Coordinate go-to-market with CS, sales, and marketing
• Define success metrics and review outcomes after each launch

📋 Requirements

• High-agency approach to structure ambiguity and own outcomes
• Strong business judgment to prioritize based on P&L impact
• AI-first mindset, with experience building agents or AI workflows

• Former founder or PM with founder-like ownership
• Experience at a high-growth B2B startup (Series A to C)
