Description

You will manage core accounting functions, ensure the accuracy of financial reporting, and support strategic financial decisions across the organization, including full-cycle accounting, financial analysis, and process improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of progressive, hands-on accounting experience
• Strong command of GAAP and accounting best practices
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, ERP platforms Sage, Brex, and Bill.com; advanced Excel skills
• Proven ability to identify financial trends and resolve discrepancies
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Own full-cycle accounting process including journal entries, AP, AR, and reconciliations
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes with variance analysis
• Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc reporting
• Develop and refine accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
