💼 About This Role

You'll provide internal IT support for Filevine's global workforce, managing endpoints and employee onboarding/offboarding. Your work ensures users perform their jobs efficiently and securely, supporting both the Chicago office and remote employees. You'll contribute to larger IT projects that increase business efficiency and employee productivity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide timely support via ticketing system, Slack, or in-person
• Manage IT onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain endpoints with Intune and Kandji MDM systems
• Provide AV support for company-wide meetings and events

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years of corporate IT support experience
• Advanced proficiency in macOS and Windows ecosystems
• Advanced proficiency with MDM solutions
• Experience with ticketing or helpdesk systems

• Associates in Computer Science
• Networking certifications like A+ or Network+
