💼 About This Role

You'll own and scale Glimpse's inbound engine, driving top-of-funnel demand generation through paid channels, organic content, and rapid experimentation. Your core impact will be generating qualified meetings and pipeline value. You'll work directly with founders to test, iterate, and scale what works.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and retargeting
• Create content programs (webinars, guides, case studies) that generate pipeline
• Execute SEO strategy and optimize for AI search engines (Perplexity, ChatGPT)
• Ship weekly experiments on landing pages, content formats, and conversion tactics

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in growth marketing or demand generation at B2B SaaS startups
• Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads with measurable ROI
• Excellent writer with ability to translate complex product value into crisp messaging
• Data-driven mindset comfortable with CAC, conversion rates, and attribution models
