Description
You will manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment posting, credit card reconciliation, and vendor/customer communications. You'll also contribute to financial reporting and audit readiness while supporting process improvements.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; post-secondary in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred
- 2+ years experience in AP, AR, or finance-related roles
- Prior experience with SAP and Concur is a must
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Process and review vendor invoices in Concur and SAP
- Reconcile corporate credit card statements and ensure accurate transaction recording
- Post customer payments accurately and reconcile AR ledgers
- Prepare journal entries and support audit requirements
- Generate financial and management reports, and collaborate on process improvements
