Description

You will lead a development program for collaborative combat aircraft and autonomous weapons, owning cost and schedule from R&D to contract close. You'll partner with the Chief Engineer, manage customer relationships, and drive execution across multiple programs.

• Execution-focused with ability to dig into details and own outcomes
• Collaborative partnership skills for managing customer relationships
• Experience in program management with cost and schedule ownership
• Ability to work autonomously on ambiguous requirements

Responsibilities

• Own development and deployment of Air Dominance Strike technologies in partnership with Chief Engineer
• Develop trusting relationships with DoD customers to shape solutions and iterate rapidly
• Execute on broad requirements from engineering, customers, and partners across multiple programs
• Monitor program progress across cost, schedule, and resource allocation, making tradeoffs for on-time delivery
• Develop lightweight processes, tools, and metrics for planning, risk management, and communication
