You'll conduct site walks, interpret scope requests, and prepare detailed line-item quantity takeoffs using unit-price books. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and scope documents
• Collaborate with project managers and trade partners
• Support bid reviews and value-engineering efforts

📋 Requirements

• Experience as a construction estimator or preconstruction role
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and building systems
• Experience creating detailed quantity takeoffs and full-scope estimates
• Analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• Experience in Job Order Contracting (JOC)
