You'll own customer projects end-to-end at hyperexponential, building the AI-powered platform for insurance pricing decisions. You'll act as the bridge between ambitious clients and technology, driving customer success and accelerating time-to-value.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own customer projects end-to-end, managing timelines, stakeholders, and risks.
• Support customers in going live with hx Renew quickly and effectively.
• Create and maintain clear, real-time views of project progress.
• Apply AI and automation to improve how projects are run.

📋 Requirements

• Delivered or contributed to projects in SaaS, technology, financial services, or consulting.
• Worked directly with stakeholders across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated project management fundamentals (planning, risk/issue tracking, stakeholder communication).
• Taken initiative to improve a process, tool, or way of working.
