Description

In this entry-level role, you will support the administration of corporate systems, infrastructure, and end-user environments. You'll assist with user identity management, endpoint deployment, system updates, and provide Tier 1/2 technical support while gaining hands-on experience in cloud systems and automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IS, CS, or equivalent experience
• 1+ years IT support experience preferred
• Strong macOS administration skills
• Basics of Windows Server, M365, Azure/Entra ID
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support
• Manage service desk tickets per SLAs
• Assist with domain and directory services (AD / Entra ID)
• Perform routine system updates and patching
• Support user onboarding and offboarding
