💼 About This Role

You'll partner with Account Executives to drive customer success for Deel's all-in-one HR and payroll platform. You'll translate complex client needs into scalable solutions and showcase technical value during sales cycles. This role directly impacts how global businesses hire and manage talent across 150+ countries.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Showcase Deel's HR platform capabilities to drive technical wins.
• Consult with prospects to assess processes, identify gaps, and propose solutions.
• Own solution discovery, demos, RFP responses, and integration workshops.
• Translate customer requirements into solution designs and implementation recommendations.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years as a Solutions Engineer or Pre-Sales Consultant
• Experience with a Global HRIS provider is preferable
• Understanding of hire-to-retire HRIS workflow
• Willingness to travel ~10% or less
