💼 About This Role

You'll execute daily communications and community management for private client advisors at a leading financial institution. You'll own email campaigns, maintain communication calendars, and analyze performance metrics to increase engagement. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build, review and send emails to private advisors ensuring clarity and brand alignment
• Support construction and maintenance of recurring communication calendar
• Identify communication opportunities across channels like B2B social media, WhatsApp, and push
• Execute operational tasks: opening tickets, organizing send bases, updating lists

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience in communication, marketing, content or social media (internship or first job)
• Excellent written Portuguese with clarity and grammatical care
• Organization and discipline to handle multiple demands and deadlines
• Hands-on profile: enjoys executing, testing, and adjusting daily campaigns

• Experience in B2B communication, financial market, or finance
• Experience with communities (groups, forums, ambassador programs)
• Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, or community platforms
