Description

You will deliver OPSWAT cybersecurity solutions to customers, lead deployments, run SOC operations, and provide ongoing managed services as a trusted technical advisor.

Requirements

• Strong cybersecurity expertise and deep experience in SOC environments
• Hands-on skills in system administration, cloud, networking (IT OT), and operational security workflows
• Excellent communication and strong project management capabilities
• Ability to lead complex deployments and deliver ongoing monitoring, analysis, and remediation services
• Experience with SIEM, SOAR, EDR, NDR, IDS/IPS tools

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment of OPSWAT security solutions across enterprise IT and OT environments
• Engage in requirements gathering, architecture design, installation, configuration, and validation
• Provide expert advice on cybersecurity best practices, zero-trust frameworks, and secure file transfer workflows
• Run 24x7/8x5 SOC operations, monitor and respond to security alerts using OPSWAT solutions and SOC tools
• Lead threat investigations, incident triage, and escalation to customer teams
