💼 About This Role

You'll lead the evolution of Elastic's APM, Synthetics, and RUM capabilities within the Observability product team. You'll collaborate with Engineering, UX, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver end-to-end full stack observability experiences. This role offers the chance to impact a product used by over 50% of the Fortune 500.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Evolve APM, Synthetics, and RUM experience aligning with company strategy
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX, and Design for top monitoring experiences
• Work with Sales/Marketing on go-to-market, messaging, and enablement
• Track user engagement and feedback to inform product evolution

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in product management or closely related area
• Experience in APM and distributed tracing
• Comfort converting abstract problems into concrete, prioritized solutions
• Outstanding spoken and written communication skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Synthetic transaction monitoring and RUM experience
• Knowledge of OpenTelemetry
• Experience in remote, globally distributed work environment
