Your work enables realtors to focus on client relationships. You'll partner with top-tier agents and gain exposure to diverse real estate markets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee transactions from writing offers to closing
• Coordinate with buyers, sellers, escrow, lenders, and appraisers
• Maintain transactions in CRM and SkySlope
• Prepare offer contracts and ensure brokerage compliance

📋 Requirements

• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Understanding of real estate and escrow processes in FL, TN, KY, TX, CA
• Ability to manage 15-20+ transactions simultaneously

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with new construction transactions and builders
• Familiarity with CRM, MLS, DocuSign, ZipForms, SkySlope
