💼 About This Role

You'll join our Global Talent Operations team to manage and optimize recruitment systems, processes, and data. You'll ensure we have the tools and insights to achieve hiring goals in a dynamic landscape. This is a 6-month contract with a focus on process improvement and data accuracy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage referral programs and support recruitment velocity through operational tasks
• Document processes and develop training for TA team and interviewers
• Analyze candidate feedback and metrics to enhance recruitment processes
• Ensure data accuracy across ATS and HRIS platforms; resolve technical issues

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in Talent acquisition or recruitment coordination
• Analytics and reporting capabilities
• Experience with ATS and scheduling software (Ashby highly preferred)
• Proficiency in G-Suite

• Global tech/digital product company background
• Experience with Ashby ATS
