💼 About This Role

You'll support the Torchlight Asset Management Team overseeing private real estate debt and equity investments. You'll produce highly leveraged analytical reports and interact with multiple stakeholders. This role offers exposure to various asset classes and fundraising and marketing initiatives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist in monthly/quarterly analytical reporting processes
• Compile aggregation and review of investment-level cash flows into fund models
• Lead compilation of due diligence responses and review for accuracy
• Perform ad-hoc financial analyses and special projects

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in real estate investment and analytical role
• Advanced in Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, real estate, business or related

• Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, and iLevel
• Client-facing experience
