💼 About This Role

You'll partner with the VP of Finance to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for a hyper-growth fintech startup. You'll build financial models and analytics that guide key business decisions. Backed by Google's Gradient Ventures, this is a chance to shape the financial future of a rapidly scaling company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning
• Build and maintain financial models for revenue, unit economics, and pricing
• Prepare monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and KPI tracking
• Collaborate cross-functionally to provide financial context for business decisions
• Improve and automate FP&A reporting processes and tools

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
• Solid understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow accounting concepts

✨ Nice to Have

• MBA, CPA, or similar credential
• Experience with BI tools or FP&A platforms (Adaptive, Vena, Pigment, etc.)
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, CAC, LTV)
