You'll oversee a small team of Customer Solutions Specialists, providing coaching and guidance to ensure exceptional customer experiences. You'll be hands-on with customer onboarding and act as a point of escalation for complex applications. This role combines leadership with direct customer support in a flexible hybrid work environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Coach and guide a team of Customer Solutions Specialists
  • Handle escalated customer cases and complex credit assessments
  • Monitor workloads, rosters, and team performance metrics
  • Own the customer onboarding journey for high-value clients

📋 Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in lending, credit assessment, or customer onboarding in financial services
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service and meeting performance targets
  • Strong team communication and coaching skills
  • Knowledge of credit and ability to make decisions within defined frameworks
