You'll oversee a small team of Customer Solutions Specialists, providing coaching and guidance to ensure exceptional customer experiences. You'll be hands-on with customer onboarding and act as a point of escalation for complex applications. 🎯 What You'll Do
- Coach and guide a team of Customer Solutions Specialists
- Handle escalated customer cases and complex credit assessments
- Monitor workloads, rosters, and team performance metrics
- Own the customer onboarding journey for high-value clients
📋 Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in lending, credit assessment, or customer onboarding in financial services
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service and meeting performance targets
- Strong team communication and coaching skills
- Knowledge of credit and ability to make decisions within defined frameworks
