Description

You will serve as a technical authority for voice, video, and collaboration platforms, providing senior unified communications engineering support for a security-sensitive federal customer. You'll design, implement, and troubleshoot enterprise UC solutions while collaborating with a high-performing team.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret with current or previously held SCI access
• DoD 8140 certification (Network+, Security+, etc.)
• 10+ years experience in network engineering with UC focus
• Expertise with Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Webex, and Microsoft Teams
• Hands-on experience with SBCs, voice gateways, call routing, and QoS

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and troubleshoot enterprise voice, video, and collaboration platforms
• Configure and support SBCs, voice gateways, dial plans, and QoS
• Serve as technical SME for operational issues
• Communicate technical issues and solutions to stakeholders
• Proactively recommend technical improvements and architectural enhancements
