• Evaluate existing HRIS and payroll workflows for inefficiencies
• Configure and optimize HR/payroll systems like Workday, ADP, UKG
• Support system implementations, upgrades, and transitions
• Deliver client training, documentation, and ongoing support

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in payroll and HR operations
• Experience with HRIS platforms like ADP, Workday, Paycor, UKG
• Proven system configuration and implementation experience
• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance across jurisdictions
