You'll design systems that optimize provider experience and operational efficiency across both employed and independent models. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the full provider lifecycle across W2 and 1099 models.
• Design provider experience programs and engagement strategies.
• Develop workforce strategy and capacity planning aligned with business growth.
• Define and manage provider performance frameworks focused on quality and efficiency.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare operations or provider operations.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing clinical teams or large-scale provider organizations.
• Proven success building and scaling provider operations in high-growth healthcare environments.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience in capacity planning and cost optimization.
