💼 About This Role

You'll lead the design and implementation of scalable AI-driven technical solutions across Payoneer's operational ecosystem. You'll own end-to-end system health and replace manual processes with intelligent automation. This hands-on builder role combines low-code platforms, custom development, and advanced AI integration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own technical health of operational systems and internal tools
• Manage and optimize Zendesk ticketing ecosystem
• Design automated self-service solutions to reduce manual effort
• Build system integrations for Operations and CX teams

📋 Requirements

• AI Prompt Engineering with Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Hands-on Azure platform expertise (Function Apps, Automation Accounts, Logic Apps, DevOps)
• Proven REST API integration experience
• Experience working in Agile sprint cycles using ticketing systems (Zendesk/SF)

✨ Nice to Have

• Microsoft Power Platform experience (Power Apps or Power Automate)
• Data scripting proficiency (PowerShell, Bash, or SQL)
• Python coding skills
