Description

You will partner with the sales team to drive technical sales, conducting discovery, building demos, and guiding prospects through proof-of-concepts using the Auth0 Identity Platform. This role involves advising a diverse set of customers on identity solutions from developers to C-level executives.

Requirements

• Experience in a pre-sales role as Sales or Solutions Engineer.
• Ability to articulate complex technical ideas clearly.
• Experience with at least one identity protocol (OIDC, OAuth2, SAML, LDAP).
• Strong development background with backend stack (Java, C#, Node.js, Python, PHP, Ruby) and frontend stack (React, Angular, Vue).
• Experience with REST APIs and SDKs.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive discovery to understand customer requirements aligned with business outcomes.
• Manage technical sales progression from discovery to technical win.
• Build and deliver product demonstrations and presentations.
• Support customer-led proof-of-concepts with hands-on solution validation.
• Maintain deep technical understanding of Auth0 product line and identity protocols.
