🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee clinicians providing care in patients' homes
• Handle incoming calls and follow up on patient needs
• Coordinate training and educational programs for field clinicians
• Conduct bi-weekly case conferences to review patient progress

📋 Requirements

• Two years management/supervisory experience in rehab therapy
• CA Occupational Therapist license
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Valid CA Driver's License with acceptable driving record
