🎯 What You'll Do

• Create sales pipeline from outbound activity, tradeshows, and channel partners.
• Manage entire sales process from lead to closed won account.
• Demo and promote financial wellness solutions to close net new business.
• Travel to customer locations to build C-level relationships.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of technology or solution sales experience.
• Experience selling Human Capital Management solutions or in EWA/payment space.
• Closing new businesses between 1K to 10K employees.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and pipeline management tools.

✨ Nice to Have

• Understanding of financial technology trends in staffing, hospitality, healthcare, manufacturing, retail.
• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent.
