You'll own the end-to-end success of 8–10 strategic enterprise customers, driving adoption, renewal, and expansion. You'll build executive relationships with CIO/CISO stakeholders and ensure customers achieve measurable business outcomes. This is a leadership-caliber individual contributor role with high autonomy.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own account health and commercial posture for each customer
  • Conduct Executive Business Reviews tied to business outcomes
  • Build and govern multi-year Success Plans
  • Proactively identify and mitigate renewal risks

πŸ“‹ Requirements

  • 8-12+ years managing complex enterprise customers in SaaS
  • Demonstrated ownership of large multi-threaded accounts with executive visibility
  • Proven experience driving renewals and expansion
  • Executive-level communication and presentation skills

✨ Nice to Have

  • Identity/security domain experience (Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, etc.)
  • Exposure to compliance initiatives (SOX, ISO, NIST, SOC 2)
