You'll lead Viant's core people operations, employee relations, and learning development functions. You'll drive operational rigor and support the company through growth and transformation. This role blends hands-on execution with large-scale strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop teams across Employee Relations, HR Operations, and Learning Development
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex employee relations matters
• Drive HR operational excellence by scaling policies and systems
• Play key role in M&A activity including due diligence and integration

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive HR experience
• 5+ years leading people managers and teams
• Comprehensive understanding of employment law and HR compliance
• Proven experience supporting mergers and acquisitions

• Experience in public company, tech, SaaS, or ad tech environment
• Master's degree or relevant certifications (SPHR, SHRM-SCP)
