🎯 What You'll Do

• Install HVAC systems per manufacturer guidelines and company standards.
• Ensure first-time installation success and minimize callbacks.
• Mentor and guide Install Apprentices on the job.
• Maintain accurate documentation in Service Titan.

📋 Requirements

• Lead HVAC installer experience with residential and commercial systems.
• Proficiency installing Mitsubishi and Carrier equipment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

✨ Nice to Have

• EPA Section 608 Certification.
• NATE certification.
• Experience with ductless mini-splits.
