You'll own the product strategy and roadmap for Bankjoy's next-generation business banking platform, working closely with engineering, design, and client teams. Your core impact will be defining and prioritizing features that enable scalable, secure, and compliant business banking for community banks and credit unions. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and prioritize the product roadmap for business banking platform.
• Lead technical discussions on payment systems (ACH, wire, real-time).
• Translate complex business and technical requirements into user stories.
• Mentor junior product managers and strengthen product organization.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management in financial services or fintech.
• Deep knowledge of payment rails including ACH, wire, and real-time payments.
• Strong technical fluency with APIs and system integrations.
• Experience with payment compliance and security frameworks.

• Experience with credit unions or community banks.
• Familiarity with platforms like Q2, Apiture, Temenos, or Fiserv.
