You'll build and manage full-cycle recruiting pipelines for technical and non-technical roles at an agentic automation platform adopted by Fortune 500 companies. You'll partner with the CEO to define hiring strategy and close top talent, shaping the early team's culture and growth.

• Own sourcing with great outreach and funnel tracking
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and close top talent
• Deliver a thoughtful candidate experience from first message to offer

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years of in-house recruiting experience
• 2 years focused on technical roles
• Proven ability to source and close top engineering talent
• Familiar with the AI/ML talent landscape
