💼 About This Role

You'll build the operational capability for maintaining a geodiverse fleet of high-density Spark AI data centers. You'll be accountable for uptime and time to repair metrics, ensuring Tier 3 reliability. This role offers the opportunity to lead the operational readiness for liquid-cooled infrastructure and build global sparing strategies with 4-hour SLA response times.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Accountable for uptime and time-to-repair metrics across Spark fleet
• Create and own preventative maintenance playbooks for electrical, HVAC, and fire suppression
• Lead operational readiness for liquid-cooled infrastructure (CDUs, cooling loops)
• Build sparing and staffing strategy for 4-hour response at remote sites

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data center operations or field services
• Hands-on expertise with UPS, transformers, and liquid-cooled (DLC) systems
• Experience managing remote or unmanned facilities across a broad geographic footprint
• Expert knowledge of OSHA standards and LOTO protocols
