Description

You will set technical direction across three squads, bridging Engineering, Data Science, and Infra/Security to ensure scalable, reliable Azure-based services with a high developer experience. You'll also design a coherent framework for building agentic AI capabilities, focusing on speed, flexibility, reusability, and security.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Azure services (AKS, App Service, Functions, Azure SQL/Cosmos DB)
• Strong C#/.NET or Python background
• Proficient with Docker/Pod
• Experience with API design and event-driven architectures
• Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration

Responsibilities

• Set technical direction and standards across three engineering squads
• Design API management framework including catalog and gateway
• Ensure Azure-based services are scalable, reliable, and observable
• Define coherent framework for developing AI agents and chatbots
• Establish standards for security and budget management of AI initiatives
