💼 About This Role

You'll own the finance systems landscape end-to-end, leading an ERP migration and acting as the finance function's AI and automation champion. You'll identify and embed tools that eliminate manual effort and sharpen data quality, raising the performance ceiling of a lean, high-output finance team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead ERP migration from requirements through to go-live
• Own automation agenda across month-end close, reconciliations, reporting
• Build automated workflows using Make, Zapier, or equivalent
• Administer and optimize the post-migration finance tech stack

📋 Requirements

• Experience leading an ERP migration end-to-end
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (Make, Zapier, or similar)
• Finance systems administration and integration experience

• Experience with AI-powered finance tools
• Knowledge of FP&A and forecasting systems
