💼 About This Role

You'll manage MRP and planning for every part Rocket Lab makes or buys, acting as the quarterback between engineering, quality, production, supply chain, and finance. Your role ensures timely material availability for rocket and satellite programs. This position directly impacts mission success at a leading space company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage demand, supply, and fulfillment planning within MRP
• Maintain bill of materials and master data in ERP
• Release purchase planning messages and work orders timely
• Update demand for engineering change orders and communicate changes

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience with a bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or supply chain
• Proven ability to produce material line of balance and clear to build reviews
• Proficient in MRP systems and ERP
• Knowledge of Material Planning fundamentals for master data and BOM management

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience in aerospace, EV automotive, or disruptive manufacturing
• Experience in rapid growth environment
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
