Description

You will own the systems, data, and workflows powering the Go-To-Market engine at Charlie Health, designing and scaling tooling, technology, and data infrastructure to enable efficient operations and better decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to modernize GTM workflows, improve performance visibility, and lead AI initiatives.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Product, Engineering, or Business Operations
  • Hands-on ownership of CRM systems (Salesforce), GTM tooling, and workflow automation
  • Experience partnering with Engineering, Product, and Analytics teams
  • Highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; working knowledge of SQL and data modeling
  • 2+ years of people management experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own GTM technology strategy across Sales, Outreach, Admissions, and Partnerships
  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize tools to streamline workflows and improve GTM performance
  • Drive tool adoption, enablement, and ROI measurement across GTM teams
  • Own data infrastructure supporting GTM performance reporting
  • Serve as primary GTM partner to Salesforce Engineering, translating workflow needs into technical requirements
