🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end operations across KYC, onboarding, payments, and reconciliations
• Develop and manage operational SOPs, KPIs, and reporting frameworks
• Coordinate with compliance officer to ensure SEC regulations adherence
• Liaise with global product and engineering teams to localize workflows

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 5+ years in fintech or financial services operations
• Experience in cryptocurrency or fintech industry
• Deep understanding of Nigerian payments infrastructure and KYC/AML processes

• Experience with international teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
