You'll own the end-to-end staffing function across global delivery teams at Egen, a data-first consulting firm. You'll match consultants to engagements, optimize bench utilization, and produce data-backed staffing plans. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Delivery, and Talent Acquisition in a fast-growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage staffing requests and match consultants to project roles.
• Maintain real-time visibility into consultant availability and utilization.
• Proactively identify and address demand-supply gaps.
• Lead staffing cadences and produce reporting for leadership.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in professional services operations.
• 5+ years in resource management or staffing in IT/consulting.
• Experience with Professional Services Automation (PSA) systems.
• Proven ability to manage technical staffing across global engagements.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Certinia and Salesforce.
• Familiarity with modern technology consulting skillsets (cloud, data, GenAI).
