You'll be the first Customer Success Manager for the Italian market, building strong relationships with early clients and ensuring their success. 🎯 What You'll Do

  • Guide Italian customers through onboarding and training.
  • Act as main contact, building trusted relationships.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Gather customer feedback to inform product and strategy.

📋 Requirements

  • Native Italian speaker and proficient in Spanish.
  • 1-5 years in customer-facing role, ideally in SaaS or B2B.
  • Comfortable with sales and support tools (e.g., Salesforce, Intercom).
