Description

You will own strategic partnerships that drive growth and expand opportunities with key commercial partners at Motional, a company transitioning from development to deployment of driverless services. Acting as the Voice of the Customer, you will shape commercial strategy and ensure operations translate into scalable, revenue-generating reality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent field, or commensurate experience
  • 7+ years relevant professional experience in autonomous vehicles, ride-hail, robotics, or mobility
  • Proven cross-functional leadership coordinating projects across technical and non-technical teams
  • Executive presence with superb communication skills for presentations and partner visits
  • Strategic operational balance to align daily execution with multi-year objectives

Responsibilities

  • Own the partner relationship as primary commercial owner for critical accounts
  • Drive cross-functional alignment between Commercial and technical execution teams
  • Lead strategic collaborations including QBRs, Steering Committees, and executive briefings
  • Define and track KPIs across teams to ensure contractual obligations and commercial goals
  • Support market expansion by leading rollout strategy for new launch markets
