• Build and ship AI-powered tools and agents end-to-end
• Design systems where AI is core, not an add-on
• Turn experiments into real, production-ready features
• Work closely with engineers and product teams

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years building and shipping production systems
• Full-stack or deep backend/platform engineering experience
• AI-native: daily use of agents, workflows, and automation
• Product mindset: care about adoption and scalable solutions

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building or orchestrating AI agents or multi-step workflows
• Comfortable with LLM APIs, prompting, and tool-calling
• Experience integrating AI into real systems (CI/CD, observability, dev tooling)
