You'll connect with K–12 districts, guiding them through discovery to close, ensuring Ignite Reading's 1:1 virtual literacy program meets their unique needs. Your core impact is expanding access to foundational reading skills for students who need it most. This role offers the chance to drive equity in literacy with a mission-driven team.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Prospect, qualify, and close new district opportunities within territory
- Own full sales cycle from Discovery to Proposal to Contract
- Meet quarterly and annual quota targets
- Build pipeline through outbound prospecting, events, and referrals
📋 Requirements
- 2–4 years of K–12 edtech sales with consistent quota attainment
- Experience selling to principals, curriculum directors, and school-level leaders
- Exposure to district procurement processes
- Active use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) for sales tasks
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with MEDDPICC sales methodology
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM
- Willingness to travel up to 65-70%
