💼 About This Role

You'll lead flight test programs for high-speed aircraft at Hermeus, working directly with the Department of Defense. You'll coordinate system integration, develop test plans, and conduct ground/flight tests to ensure mission success.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform systems integration and mission planning for ground and flight tests
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for design, fabrication, and troubleshooting
• Author ground and flight test plans and procedures
• Conduct on-site test management and data analysis

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM
• 5+ years of aerospace/aviation experience with experimental flight testing
• 1+ years as Test Conductor/Director in active flight test program
• Understanding of aircraft systems and flight test procedures
