Description

You will manage and automate server labs, develop the Metal as a Service (MAAS) software for hardware integration, and collaborate with a global team. This role focuses on software-defined hardware management and testing automation for Ubuntu server certification.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
• Python programming experience
• Linux administration experience
• Mix of rack and virtual systems experience
• Clear communication in English and strong time management

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a fully automated server lab with latest hardware
• Develop Python code for MAAS to integrate server and network hardware
• Create integrations with testing and scheduling software like Testflinger
• Manage physical lab setup, execute changes, and standardize processes
• Improve hardware and network monitoring through automation
