💼 About This Role

You'll lead barista teams at a Starbucks location within Gopuff's operations, ensuring order accuracy and efficient delivery. You'll maintain a calm demeanor during high-volume periods and coach team members to uphold Starbucks standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deploy baristas and delegate tasks during shifts
• Ensure order accuracy and fast delivery to customers
• Assist with new employee training and coaching
• Execute store opening and closing duties

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year of leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, or restaurant
• Ability to work fluid schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends
• Focus on quality and attention to detail in multi-step processes

✨ Nice to Have

• Starbucks or fast-paced cafe experience preferred
• ServeSafe Certification highly preferred
