Description

You will provide compassionate home health care to adult and geriatric clients in the Davidson County area. This role offers flexible scheduling, 1:1 patient care, and a supportive team environment.

Requirements

• Current RN license in North Carolina
• Minimum one year of recent clinical experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Ability to travel to client homes
• Strong interpersonal and computer skills; EMR experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Follow care plans and administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to management
• Perform client assessments and case management
• Accurately document observations and interventions using an electronic tablet
• Coordinate care and execute doctors' orders
