You'll serve as a Senior Counsel navigating complex legal landscapes for a partner company. You'll manage legal matters related to commercial contracts, ensuring company interests are protected while collaborating with internal teams and external partners. This role offers full remote flexibility and the chance to lead contract negotiations with sophisticated counterparties.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including hardware, software, and professional services.
• Lead contract negotiations with sophisticated counterparties.
• Propose and develop tools to improve contractual processes and documentation.
• Train and manage lawyers, and manage outside counsel as needed.

📋 Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Member in good standing of a state bar.
• At least 5 years of legal experience.
• Experience in commercial contract negotiation or related areas.
