💼 About This Role

You'll own the events strategy for Marketing Architects, planning and executing conferences, sponsorships and hosted dinners to build brand awareness. You'll travel to events and create meaningful in-person experiences that generate new business opportunities. This role offers the chance to manage a $1M+ annual budget and work with CMOs and senior marketing leaders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and manage annual events calendar including conferences and hosted dinners.
• Lead logistics, vendor coordination and onsite management for events.
• Travel to 5-10 conferences per year to execute experiences and represent company.
• Oversee $1M+ annual events budget and ensure sponsorships support pipeline growth.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years managing conferences, sponsorships or experiential marketing programs.
• Background in marketing, advertising or agency environments.
• Experience managing complex events with budgets $500K+.
• Familiarity with event management platforms and CRM tools.
