You'll own end-to-end relationships with MGU partner teams, driving accountability and self-sufficiency through structured training and process standardization. Your core impact is ensuring partners operate confidently while improving internal platform workflows. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own all partner communication as primary point of contact
• Facilitate recurring weekly partner meetings and biweekly webinars
• Drive partner implementation within a 90-day window
• Conduct discovery with new partners and consult on improvements

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years in health insurance or employee benefits in a customer-facing role
• Strong understanding of health plan structures and terminology
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills
• Comfortable with CRMs and ticketing systems; HubSpot is a plus
